Recently, the famous studios Disney and Sony broke their extended agreement, during which both the studios shared the popular Marvel character Spider-man to produce several Spider-man movies in two different universes.
The agreement was signed in the year 2015, and during four years, Sony produced two movies which starred Andrew Garfield as Spider-Man. Whereas, Disney chose Tom Holland to be the Spider-Man in five Marvel movies – Captain America: Civil War, Avengers: Infinity War, Avengers: Endgame, Spiderman: Homecoming and Far From Home.
Tom Holland showed up at Disney’s ultimate fan event D23 Expo to promote his Pixar movie Onward. And finally, commented on the controversial decision made after the clash between Marvel Studios and Sony Pictures.
And it seems that our beloved Spider-man handled the issue like a boss. At the end of the expo, before leaving, he said, “Listen, it’s been a crazy week, but I want you to know, I am grateful from the bottom of my heart.”
Tom’s reaction to the issue gathered him a lot of applause from the audience present at the event. And not only this, in the end, the Spider-Man: Home Coming star quoted Tony Stark’s most iconic line from the movie Avengers: Endgame, yeah, you guessed it right, “I love you 3000”.
